Villa Ahana is a deluxe 2 bedroom villa with beautiful private tropical garden and crystal clear swimming pool for your own private use. Located strategically beachside right in the middle of Sanur. The villa is located in a quiet, safe and beautiful residential area with gorgeous and unique little laneways and narrow streets that will take just 2 minute walk to the main beach road with all the shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. A further 5 minute walk will take you to the beach. You can rent the villa out as a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. Either way the villa is for your own private use.
The space
This stand alone Deluxe Private Villa has 2 spacious king size bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, wardrobe, ceiling fan, air conditioning and high ceilings. There is a large living and dining area to relax in and the kitchen is fully equipped for your use. There is free Wifi, multi channel cable TV, DVD and sound-bar, blue-tooth system to enjoy during your stay. Filtered water and safety box are also provided. All rooms have ceiling fans and AC. throughout for your comfort. The outdoor area has sun lounges by the swimming pool. There is a housekeeper who will keep the villa clean and comfortable for you as well as a pool maintenance/gardener along with very friendly local Balinese neighbours.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. Both have ensuite bathrooms with shower , basin and toilet. Both bedrooms come equipped with inbuilt robes. Each large bedroom have king sized beds with side tables and lamps and open up to the garden and pool.
Dining Area and Kitchen
6 seater table, with stylish furnishings in a open plan design with ceiling fan and glass panelled doors opening to the outside garden and pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner electric stove , microwave , refrigerator and all cooking and utensils.
Coffee and Tea are supplied and a small supply of bread, jam yogurt and eggs for your first breakfast. Fresh Aqua water is supplied. The largest supermarket Arta Sedana is a 3 minute walk away for your supplies.
Lounge
Beautifully decorated with 2 x 3 seater sofa and coffee table , wide screen TV , DVD player and Bluetooth sound bar to play music. AC and ceiling fan.
A supply of DVDs and books are available for your use.
Pool and Garden
A beautiful Crystal clear pool is exclusively yours. The area is beautifully lit at night with a tropical garden and deck area with 2 sun loungers where you can sit back relax underneath the Frangipani tree. Pool towels supplied.
