This luxury Villa – situated in the heart of Legian in Bali. Visit the private oasis holiday makers dream of!

Villa Aniela is a 3 bed/4 Bathrooms villa which has a relaxed holiday vibe. Located in a central location in Legian it is approx 5 minute walk to one of Bali’s finest beaches – Padma Beach.

The villa is located in a secure complex with onsite management throughout the day. Our own Manager is contactable 24/7 should any problems arise during your stay. We also have a in-house complimentary mobile phone for guests to use during their stay. The complex has a spa salon and laundry service.

You are right in the thick of things with shopping, restaurants, bars etc all around and only a short walk to Legian, Art market and Garlic Lane a well known shopping strip.

The complex itself houses 10 villas and once you enter the complex all the hustle and bustle of the street disappears. You enter your private villa into your own private sanctuary.

The Villa 3 Bed with all rooms having an ensuite plus a separate powder room, full kitchen, dining & open plan lounge room. Private Pool with sundeck and 2 x loungers. Ample storage is available in the villa so you can unpack and truly make it a holiday home experience. Amenities, Microwave, Cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery.

All bedrooms and the main living area have DVD players and are connected to Cable TV. Free unlimited WIFI is also part of your nightly rate. Daily housekeeping will ensure you do not have to lift a finger and keep things refreshed for you.

Booking Terms & Conditions – Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation:

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance of your stay payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are only able to hold a reservation for 14 days without a deposit payment.
The deposit is non-refundable, but in the case of cancellation and dependant on the circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to alternate dates of stay at managements discretion.
Once the balance of your stay is paid in full 30 days prior to your stay the following cancellation terms will apply:-

      3. Cancellation once here your accommodation costs are also non-refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date
Once you have paid your deposit, please ensure that you have taken out adequate Travel Insurance cover, if you cannot travel and/or need to cancel/reschedule your travel arrangements.
