Located in the sought after Agung Rakas complex -in the heart of Legian, it is Villa Number 1. A few steps from your villa you have a great coffee shop, spa salon, restaurants, bars and shopping. A 3-minute walk and you will have your toes in the sand on the beautiful Legian Beach.

Booking Terms & Conditions – Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation:
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance of your stay payable 30 days prior to arrival.
- Please note, we are only able to hold a reservation for 14 days without a deposit payment.
- The deposit is non-refundable, but in the case of cancellation and dependent on the circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to alternate dates of stay at managements discretion.
- Once the balance of your stay is paid in full 30 days prior to your stay the following cancellation terms will apply:
- Cancellation No notice is given (no show)
- Cancellation within 30 days of stay
- Cancellation once here, your accommodation costs are also non-refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date
