This Villa is extra spacious and conveniently located in central Seminyak. A short 2 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, bars, ATM’s, Bintang Supermarket and Café Seminyak. Fully enclosed, totally private with high walls – Open living area with ceiling fans, large sofa, DVD player, flat screen TV, Free Wifi, daily maid service, extra large custom made teak 10 seat dining table, fully equipped kitchen consisting of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, saucepans, toaster, kettle, etc, large fridge/freezer, gas top cooker – Water cooler throughout your whole stay.

Master bedroom with King bed/linen, safety box, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with luxury double shower & bath towels, 2nd Bedroom with King bed/linen, air-conditioning & ensuite bathroom with bath towels.

Large private 7 x 4 metre pool with plenty of space for laying in the sun – Sun Beds on the decked area by the pool – Pool fence available at no extra charge – Pool towels – A complimentary airport transfer either to or from the villa – offered only for minimum 3 night stay. Pleasant helpful and happy staff service the Villa daily

Booking Terms & Conditions – Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation:

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance of your stay payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are only able to hold a reservation for 14 days without a deposit payment.
The deposit is non-refundable, but in the case of cancellation and dependant on the circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to alternate dates of stay at managements discretion.
Once the balance of your stay is paid in full 30 days prior to your stay the following cancellation terms will apply:-

      3. Cancellation once here your accommodation costs are also non-refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date
Once you have paid your deposit, please ensure that you have taken out adequate Travel Insurance cover, if you cannot travel and/or need to cancel/reschedule your travel arrangements.
