2 bedrooms – $230 per night (1 x king and 1 x queen)

Location: Jl Padma Utara, Legian – 300 mtrs to Padma Beach

It is has 2 bedrooms located on the upper floors, the master and second bedroom. 1 bedroom on the ground level. The Master has a super King size bed and its own private balcony, ensuite with a corner bath, heaps of storage, in-room safe, Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player.

Bedroom 2 – Bedding can be either 2 x Singles or 1 x Queen & Bedroom 3 – 1 x Queen, both of these rooms are also have an ensuite, heaps of storage (built in robes), in-room safe, tv with Netflix and DVD players.

The the ground level is a large open-air living/dining and kitchen space featuring all the mod cons, powder room, plus pool deck with an outdoor shower.

This villa interconnects externally to Villa Karma a 2 bedroom villa via a private gate which is great for larger groups travelling together, extended family etc.

Great for larger families or 3 x couples/group of friends

1 x Extra rollaway bed can be added to the master bedroom.

Booking Terms & Conditions – Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation:

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance of your stay payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are only able to hold a reservation for 14 days without a deposit payment.
The deposit is non-refundable, but in the case of cancellation and dependant on the circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to alternate dates of stay at managements discretion.
Once the balance of your stay is paid in full 30 days prior to your stay the following cancellation terms will apply:-

      2. Cancellation within 30 days of stay
      3. Cancellation once here your accommodation costs are also non-refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date
Once you have paid your deposit, please ensure that you have taken out adequate Travel Insurance cover, if you cannot travel and/or need to cancel/reschedule your travel arrangements.
