Late Checkout: A late checkout can be arranged and will be charged as follows:-

Until 6-00pm – Half Night rate

VILLA TENANG LEGIAN is a 3 Bedroom private, pool villa right in the middle of Legian. Situated between the Garden View (Y/Sports Bar) and the Three Brothers Hotel, the villa is in the perfect location to experience the exuberant lifestyle of Legian, without the need to travel by scooter or car.

With plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, day spas, money changers and laundry services right on your door step, you could not ask for a more convenient location. Legian Beach is an easy 5 min stroll away (approx. 300m) making Villa Tenang an ideal tropical haven for your stay in Bali.

The villa is only a short 20 minute ride from the airport and we include return airport transfers as part of your nightly rate.

The Villa complex is in s secure location with onsite management available during the day and the villa itself is fitted out with all the mod cons so you can feel right at home whilst you are on your Bali holiday.

On the ground level, you will find an open plan design with a fully functioning kitchen and living and dining areas leading out to your own private sparkling pool. There is also a King Bedroom with ensuites and, for convenience, there is also another bathroom on this level.

Upstairs, there are 2 air-conditioned King bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an office opening onto a large balcony.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults making it ideal for a large family, two small families or a group of friends travelling together. For an additional cost, a rollaway can be added to the master bedroom.

In house, we supply free wi-fi, Indovision satellite TV and there are DVD players in every bedroom. There is also a small DVD library and your music can be played via the UE Boom Bluetooth Speaker supplied in the kitchen cupboard for your enjoyment.

In the kitchen you will find a filtered water dispenser with cold, chilled and boiling water available for your use. Please let Made (housekeeper) know if water is running out so they can replace. Tea, coffee, sugar and a range of breakfast condiments are also complimentary and your villa is serviced daily (except Sundays).

There is also a mobile phone with some staff numbers already listed. Please feel free to use during your stay.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES

Villa Tenang Legian is your own private tropical oasis very close to the beach in the heart of Legian. On entering the gated property, you will find a lush tropical garden surrounding the sparkling pool (with water feature), a timber deck with sun-lounges and an outdoor shower.

POSITION:

Villa Tenang is in a truly enviable position on popular Jl Padma Utara with an abundance of lovely cafes, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Stroll in any direction and you will also find market stalls, clothing stores, leather goods and silver shops, spa salons, chemists, money changers and convenience stores.

Across the road there is a small Minimart for supplies and the ever popular Bella Vista Café and Y/Sports Bar are only a couple of doors away. Fabulous restaurants and bars are just down the street in Jl Padma and Jl Sehadewa (“Garlic Lane”) and it is an easy 3 minute stroll to the beach to relax on a sunbed, take a swim, go surfing or enjoy sunset drinks.

The fabulous shopping of Jl Arjuna (“Double Six”) and Jl Legian is also a manageable walk from the villa.

SECURITY:

All guests must be registered to stay in the villa and a copy of their passport will be required at check-in. Please bring a copy with you.

Booking Terms & Conditions – Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation:

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance of your stay payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are only able to hold a reservation for 14 days without a deposit payment.
The deposit is non-refundable, but in the case of cancellation and dependant on the circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to alternate dates of stay at managements discretion.
Once the balance of your stay is paid in full 30 days prior to your stay the following cancellation terms will apply:-

      3. Cancellation once here your accommodation costs are also non-refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date
Once you have paid your deposit, please ensure that you have taken out adequate Travel Insurance cover, if you cannot travel and/or need to cancel/reschedule your travel arrangements.
