Villa VR2 is for those that are seeking luxury and privacy in an enviable location.

Located in a quiet Gang off Jl Sahadewa (Garlic Lane) in Legian, Villa VR2 offers not only an enviable location but total privacy combined with pure luxury. A completely new renovation has seen this massive one-bedroom villa now present as brand new. Over 2 levels with no expense sparred on the fixtures and fittings giving it a Palm Springs vibe that is bright & airy.

Being in a perfect location less than 50 meters from your front gate you will find numerous restaurants, bars, and one of the best shopping strips, and still only a 3-minute walk to Padma Beach.

Private pool with sun deck which gets sun nearly all day, plus outdoor dining. The villa can be either completely closed off and totally air-conditioned or with the use of indoor ceiling fans and screens on all doors and windows opened up to let the breezes flow all the way through.

With full kitchen facilities, a full-size fridge, an electric cooktop, Aussie tv + Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace this is truly a home away from home. It even has washing machine facilities and an outdoor clothesline.

The upper floor houses the whole bedroom with a dressing area with heaps of storage, & a beautiful contemporary bathroom. On the lower level, we have a full lounge/dining & kitchen, a dedicated work area plus an additional powder room all of which leads out to the patio with an outdoor dining/pool deck 2 x pool chaises, and a private pool.

Intended as a permanent residence this Villa is only rented for minimal months per year when the owners are back in Australia, so an opportunity to stay in this villa is a real treat.

Booking Terms & Conditions – Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation:

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance of your stay payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are only able to hold a reservation for 14 days without a deposit payment.
The deposit is non-refundable, but in the case of cancellation and dependant on the circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to alternate dates of stay at managements discretion.
Once the balance of your stay is paid in full 30 days prior to your stay the following cancellation terms will apply:-

      3. Cancellation once here your accommodation costs are also non-refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date
Once you have paid your deposit, please ensure that you have taken out adequate Travel Insurance cover, if you cannot travel and/or need to cancel/reschedule your travel arrangements.
