BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your booking
• The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
• Reservations can be held for 14 days without deposit
• Deposit is non-refundable, but date changes may be permitted at management’s discretion
• Once balance is paid, the following cancellation policy applies:
  1. No refund for no-show
  2. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival
  3. No refund if you leave before your booked departure date
• Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance in case of unforeseen changes

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: 14:00 hrs
• Check-out: 12:00 hrs
• Late Check-out available until 18:00 hrs for half nightly rate
